The star of our happy hour menu, the Carot Card 🥕🥕🥕 Made with vodka, smoked carrot, cranberry, lemon, and ginger. This drink is also an example of how we cross-utilize between the bar and kitchen to reduce waste ♻️ We smoke leftover carrot cores
One of our favorite cozy winter dishes 🥶 Sweet potato and carrot rösti with ajo blanco, shaved Brussels sprouts, mushroom bacon, farro, and pickled shallots
Bookings are open on Resy for New Year’s Eve! We’ll be doing a special five-course prix fixe menu, with some special add-ons (like Dom Pérignon and caviar). It’ll be a good time 🥳🥂
Eat your veggies and drink ‘em too🍹Just like our menu, our current cocktail lineup leans heavily on seasonal produce, featuring ingredients like smoked carrots, quince, and fermented beets, all sourced from our local farm partners 👩‍🌾
